  • In general, please allow a 4-6 week lead time on all orders. However, you will be notified if this is expected to be much longer.

    Don’t hesitate to get in touch for an update on your order.

  • When checking out you’ll see three options for order fulfilment, Pickup from Studio, <25km from Brookvale 2100 and Within Sydney Metro.

    If none of these options are suitable please complete the form on the contact page requesting a custom shipping quote.

  • As all S24 products are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases, so choose carefully! Upon pickup/delivery, any damage to goods caused in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

    All S24 products are then covered by a 3 year structural warranty. In this time, your furniture will be covered for repair/replacement if it gets damaged under normal usage conditions. Structural damage will not be covered by warranty if there is evidence of negligence, accident or improper use.
