As all S24 products are made to order, returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases, so choose carefully! Upon pickup/delivery, any damage to goods caused in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All S24 products are then covered by a 3 year structural warranty. In this time, your furniture will be covered for repair/replacement if it gets damaged under normal usage conditions. Structural damage will not be covered by warranty if there is evidence of negligence, accident or improper use.
